Samsung launched the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 on Wednesday 11th July 2024. These new foldable phones have a book-style and clamshell design. At the latest Galaxy Unpacked event, Samsung shared that both models will support the company’s Galaxy AI features, Google’s Circle to Search feature, and the Gemini AI chatbot. Samsung also announced that both phones will receive seven years of Android OS and security updates.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 all features
Samsung has launched its latest foldable phones, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6. Both phones support Samsung’s Galaxy AI features, Google’s Circle to Search feature, and the Gemini AI chatbot. The new Galaxy phones are powered by a custom Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Mobile Platform. Samsung promises that both phones will receive seven years of Android OS and security updates.
The Galaxy Z Fold 6 has dual SIM support and offers either a Nano SIM or a Nano+eSIM option. It features a 6.3-inch HD+ Dynamic AMOLED display on the outside with a resolution of 968×2,376 pixels. The phone comes with three rear cameras: a 50-megapixel wide-angle camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 10-megapixel telephoto camera.
Galaxy Z Fold 6 also has a 10-megapixel front camera on the cover display and a 4-megapixel camera under the inner display. The Galaxy Z Fold 6 offers up to 1TB of storage and has various connectivity options, including 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, and Bluetooth 5.3.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 all features
The Galaxy Z Flip 6 has several features with the Galaxy Z Fold 6, such as the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 CPU and 12GB of RAM. It is also compatible with two SIM cards. The cover screen is a 3.4-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 720×748 pixels and a refresh rate of 60Hz. The primary display is a 6.7-inch Full-HD+ Dynamic AMOLED panel with a resolution of 1,080×2,640 pixels and a refresh rate ranging from 1Hz to 120Hz.
Both the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 offer advanced features and a premium design. The new Galaxy phones are designed to give a good user experience and will be popular among youngsters.

You can buy the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 from the official Samsung website. If you pre-order either of these phones, you can get a cashback of Rs 8,000 using HDFC Bank cards, along with a nine-month no-interest EMI option. Samsung also offers an upgrade bonus of Rs 8,000 and a nine-month no-cost EMI for all customers. Additionally, if you are an existing Samsung flagship smartphone user, you can get an upgrade bonus of Rs 15,000.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 Prices
Samsung has announced the prices for the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 in India. The Galaxy Z Fold 6 starts at Rs 1,64,999 for the 256GB base model. The 512GB model is priced at Rs 1,76,999, and the 1TB model costs Rs 2,00,999. The Galaxy Z Flip 6 is priced at Rs 1,09,999 for the 256GB model.
Both of these new foldable phones will be available for pre-order starting July 10, with sales beginning on July 24 across many countries.
