Terms and Conditions that Kejriwal need to follow:
- The terms and conditions set for Arvind Kejriwal’s bail, decided by a two-judge bench consisting of Justice Sanjiv Khanna and Justice Dipankar Datta, will follow the same rules given to his colleague, Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh. This ensures fairness and consistency in the legal process.

Also, he can’t talk to the people involved in the case or see any related files to make sure he doesn’t interfere with the legal process.
- Moreover, Arvind Kejriwal is not allowed to say anything about his part in the ongoing case. This is to make sure that Kejriwal doesn’t say anything about the case and influence people’s opinions on the case. Also, he must follow the rules about signing official papers, and he can only do it if the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi says it’s needed.
- Lastly, as a standard condition for bail, Arvind Kejriwal has to give bail bonds worth ₹50,000, along with someone who promises to pay if he doesn’t follow the rules. This is to make sure he keeps his promises and shows up in court when he’s supposed to.
