Elvish Yadav, also known as Siddharth Yadav, is back in the spotlight. Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed a case of money laundering against the well-known YouTuber and winner of Bigg Boss 2 OTT. The ED also filed a case against some others who are friends with Elvish Yadav and involved in the case. Elvish Yadav is accused of using snake venom to make drugs during parties he throws.

The Noida Police arrested the Bigg Boss winner on March 17 about the snake venom case. However, Elvish was later released on bail. Elvish Yadav was charged under different sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, Wildlife Protection Act, and the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
Today, on April 4, 2024, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) registered a case against him for the same crime related to the snake venom case. Once again, Elvish Yadav has started trending on Twitter #ElvishYadav.
Even After so much controversy, fans support Elvish Yadav
After being taken into custody on March 17, Elvish Yadav was held for 14 days. Five days after the arrest, a Noida court did, however, issue him bail. A 1,000-page chargesheet against Elvish Yadav and eight other people in the snake venom-rave party case was released by Noida Police last month. Even after doing a lot of bad things, many of his fans still support him and will likely keep supporting him.
ED has accused Elvish Yadav of money laundering
The probe agency has filed a case under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). The ED is investigating whether there were any illegal funds generated from crime and if these funds were used for organizing raves or parties.
The snake venom case came to light in November last year after a complaint was filed by the NGO People for Animals (PFA). Noida Police arrested five snake charmers at a banquet hall at that time. In the Party, Snake Charmers were found with nine snakes, including five cobras, in their possession. Noida Police also seized a suspected 20 ml of snake venom. Notably, Elvish Yadav was not present at the banquet hall.
