Customers can now book the new special edition of the Toyota Fortuner at any authorized Toyota dealership in India or through their official website. The booking amount is set at Rs. 50,000/-.
While Toyota has not yet revealed the official pricing for the Fortuner Leader Edition, they have stated that the costs will depend on the accessories fitted according to the specific requirements of each customer. However, customers can anticipate that the Leader Edition will be priced slightly higher than the standard Fortuner 4×2 models, which range between Rs 35.93 lakh and Rs 38.21 lakh.
Why to Choose Toyota Fortuner Leader Edition ?
The Toyota Fortuner Leader edition offers three dual-tone colour options with a black roof: Super White, Platinum Pearl White, and Silver Metallic. It comes with a 2.8-litre diesel engine and is available in both 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmission options. However, there’s no 4×4 variant available; only the 4×2 models are offered.
The 2.8-liter diesel engine delivers 204 PS and 500 Nm of torque for the automatic transmission and 420 Nm of torque for the manual transmission variants.
Externally, it features black alloy wheels and front and rear bumper spoilers, which will be fitted as accessories at the dealership. The interior also receives a dual-tone colour treatment in this special edition. However, Toyota has not yet revealed the rear profile or interior images of this special edition.
The Toyota Fortuner Leader edition comes with several notable features, such as a tyre pressure monitoring system, wireless charger, and auto-folding mirrors, to name a few.
