Rahul Gandhi Mutual Fund Investment: Rahul Gandhi, a leader of the Indian National Congress (INC), recently shared details about his significant investments. He owns more than twenty-five shares valued at over Rs 4 crore as of mid-March. This information was made public through an affidavit uploaded on the Election Commission of India’s website. The affidavit shows that a large portion, 88 percent, of his total wealth, is invested in these stocks and mutual funds.

Rahul Gandhi Mutual Fund Investment 3.81crores

On Thursday, April 4, 2024, Rahul Gandhi disclosed his notable mutual fund investments. He had invested Rs 3.81 crore in seven mutual fund schemes, mainly from HDFC AMC, PPFAS, and ICICI Prudential AMC. Alongside, he also possessed 25 stocks worth Rs 4.33 crore. Gandhi’s overall investments, which included postal savings, NSS, and jewellery, amounted to Rs 9.24 crore.

Gandhi invested his money in different mutual funds, mainly from HDFC AMC, PPFAS, and ICICI Prudential AMC. Rahul Gandhi has invested in various types of Mutual Funds. He has Rs. 3.8 cr in the Mutual Funds Investment.

Stocks and Gold Investments made by Rahul Gandhi

Gandhi made substantial investments in several well-known companies, including Pidilite Industries Ltd, Asian Paints Ltd, Bajaj Finance Ltd, and Nestle India Ltd. Each of these investments amounted to around Rs 35-36 lakh. Gandhi also has shares in Titan Company, Hindustan Unilever Ltd, ICICI Bank, and ITC.

Apart from big investments, Gandhi also put money into smaller companies like GMM Pfaudler, Deepak Nitrite, Tube Investments of India, Fine Organics, and Info Edge. Diversifying his Portfolio helped Gandhi to spread out his investments. 

Apart from stocks and mutual funds, Gandhi also put his money into sovereign gold bonds, PPF accounts, and physical gold. He had about Rs 15.27 lakh in sovereign gold bonds, Rs 61.52 lakhs in a PPF account, and owned 333.30 grams of physical gold, valued at Rs 4.20 lakhs.
