Snake Venom Case: Elvish Yadav admits He Arranged Snake venom at Rave Party

Bigg Boss OTT season 2 winner Elvish Yadav was arrested on Sunday march 17 in the Snake Venom Case. He denied many times to the Noida police that he was not involved in the snake venom case.

He stated that he was framed in the case filed under the Wildlife Protection Act.

After the police questioned and followed him, now he admitted to distributing snake venom at rave parties.

Elvish Yadav Arrested on Snake Venom Case

Police have alleged that: Elvish Yadav, the winner of Bigg Boss OTT and a popular YouTuber, Has admitted to using snake venom, And arranging snakes at rave parties, In the National Capital Region area.

Yadav was arrested on March 17, Sunday. The charges against him include using and selling snake venom as a recreational drug.

Officials familiar with the matter announced that the Gurugram-based YouTuber has been sent to a 14-day judicial remand.

Elvish Yadav Admits He Involved Snake Venom Case

According to police sources, NDTV reports that the Bigg Boss winner admitted to using snake venom during interrogations.

On Sunday, he was called for questioning at the Sector 20 police station. Elvish is accused of using snakes in his video recordings.

Additionally, the winner is said to have arranged snakes for rave parties he hosted.

Noida Police quoted by Newswire PTI, stated that Yadav was called for questioning.

After sufficient evidence was collected, including evidence related to the NDPS Act, Yadav was arrested.

5 Others Involved with Elvish in Snake Venom Case

After investigating the incident, the YouTuber made a confession.

NDTV reported the following statement from the Noida police: “We have found enough evidence against Elvish Yadav and his involvement in the supply of snake venom.”

Yadav stated that he knew five individuals who were arrested in the same case last year. He also mentioned having met this person at various parties.

The five other accused have been identified as: Rahul (32) Titunath (45) Jaikaran (50) Narayan (50)Ravinath (45) .

They are all residents of Moharband village in Badarpur, southeast Delhi. They were arrested in the case but are now out on bail.
