For some days, Elvesh Yadav is always in controversies on social media. His controversies were going on with another YouTuber Maxtern who is Sagar Thakur. Now another case has been exposed by Noida Police.
Bigg Boss OTT 2 Winner Elvish Yadav was arrested by Noida Police on Sunday. He is now in judicial custody for 14 days in the snake poison case.
YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT2 winner Elvish was called by the police for a new round of questioning. He denied many times that he was not involved in this case. Later He was arrested in connection with Snake Venom Case.
A video of Elvish with the police is circulating on social media. Some people claim that this footage is of the arrest of a YouTuber.
Elvish Yadav Snake Venom Case
Six people were booked under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and section NUM0A of the Indian Penal Code. YouTuber Elvish Yadav was also among those booked.
The incident took place in Sector 5, Noida, Maneka Gandhi’s people conducted a sting operation, following which arrests were made.
The charges include providing snake venom for a party. The other five were arrested for their role in an Elvish-related rave party. He is also being investigated for purchasing snakes for such parties.
Elvish Yadav’s Snake Venom Rave Party
The rave party incident took place on November 3 last year. The party was organized at a banquet hall in Noida Sector 51.
Forensic investigation has revealed the presence of poison in the samples seized from the rave party. The poison was identified as coming from cobra and krait species.
People for Animals launched a sting operation to expose the mistreatment of rare animals. He got information that YouTuber Elvish Yadav is involved in this and has a network of many people, so he contacted him.
According to the complaint, Elvish Yadav helped them by providing contacts who ultimately provided the snake venom. Elvish is posing with snakes in his video.
Elvish Yadav was interrogated several times regarding the matter but he denied all the allegations.
During an operation by People for Animals, nine snakes were found at the rave party. The venom glands of all of them were removed. Eight out of nine snakes’ teeth were also missing.
