Instant Dosa Recipe Ingredients

Here all ingredients are mentioned in making an Instant Dosa recipe, a point to be noted. All ingredients are easily available at home. You can arrange accordingly.

  • Suji/Rava/Semolina
  • Besan/gram flour
  • Sugar
  • Dahi/Curd
  • Water
  • salt
  • Baking Soda
  • Some oil to sprinkle on it

Batter-making Process for Instant Dosa Recipe

  • Take Suji/Rava/Semolina 1 Cup in a bowl
  • Add 2 spoons of Besan/gram flour to it
  • Add Sugar 1 Spoon to it
  • Add Dahi/Curd 1 Cup or equal volume of Suji
  • Grind all ingredients in a Grinder jaar for mixing and just finish the roughness of the suji
  • Add water =Volume of suji x1.5 times or 1.5 cup water
  • Pour the batter into a bowl, cover it, and rest it for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes uncover the batter.
  • add 1 pinch of baking soda into the batter, and mix well. Now Batter is ready for making 100% Crispy Instant Dosa Recipe.

Instant Dosa Recipe Process/Method Step by Step

Step 1- Take a dosa tawa, place on gas stove and heat the tawa well.

Step 2-Sprinkle some water on it, then wipe the water again by the tissue paper or cotton.

Step 3- Pour one-two spoon batter on tawa and spread the batter on tawa evenly.

Step 4- Keep the flame medium. Sprinkle some oil on dosa.

Step 5-When the color of the dosa becomes light brown, put masala stuffing on it ,slowly roll the dosa and take it out from the tawa in a plate.

Step 6 -Similarly prepare all dosas also from batter.

Now 100% Crispy Instant Dosa is ready to serve. You may serve it with chutney and sambar as your choice.
