Supreme Court Judgement on Article 370:-Article 370 is a provision in the Indian Constitution. It granted special autonomy to regions of Jammu and Kashmir. In Jammu and Kashmir, they implement their own constitution.
They don’t follow the Indian law. Therefore, the Indian government implements Article 370 to remove the special status in Jammu and Kashmir.
The central government had on August 5, 2019, announced the abrogation of the special status of Jammu and Kashmir under Article 370 and bifurcated the region into two union territories.

Supreme Court Judgement on Article 370 on 11th December
Today, 11th December Supreme Court made the decision to abrogate Article 370 of the Indian Constitution. Five judges of the Supreme Court have made their decision on the implementation of Article 370.
Hence Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud is leading this session along with justices B R Gavai and Surya Kanta. While separated, Justices Kishan Kaul and Sanjiv Khanna deliver their decision.
Every judge has their own perspective, so they have discussed it thoroughly and the allowed to pass Article 370.
From now onwards Ladakh which is comes under the territory of Jammu and Kashmir is now an official state. Jammu and Kashmir have to follow the Indian constitution not their Jammu and Kashmir constitution.
Supreme Court also ordered that in Jammu and Kashmir, there must be an election done before September 2024. So, Jammu and Kashmir is now not a separate territory from India. Where they don’t follow the Indian constitution. Now Jammu and Kashmir have to follow the laws of our Indian Constitution.

The people of Srinagar and Kashmir express great satisfaction and happiness. on the decision of the Supreme Court on Article 370.
They celebrated the success of Article 370. Now they have also got some respect that they didn’t get in past years as Some people don’t think that Jammu and Kashmir are also part of our country India.
People of Srinagar, Kashmir, and the whole nation praise our honorable president Draupadi Murmu, our prime Minister Narendra Modi, and our home minister Amit Shah.
